From Customers, select Set up tables > General lookup/validation

Code

Enter an abbreviation for the table (can be 60 characters long).

Expansion

(Does not apply for Exposition Management) Allows you to expand the character length for the code.

Description

Enter detailed information about the table type.

Import button

Opens the Importing Tab-Delimited Table window, where you can import tables from tab-delimited files.

To create general lookup/validation tables for Exposition Management

1.  From Customers, select Set up tables > General lookup/validation to open the Set up general lookup/validation window.

2.  Scroll down the list and select (New Table). A data entry window opens.

3.  Enter the New Table Type in the pop-up window.

4.  Click Save to return to the Set up general lookup/validation window.

5.  Click New.

6.  Enter a Code for the new table type.

7.  (optional) Enter a brief Description of the table type.

8.  Click Save.
